Entropy

A matrix study of the MUST / MUST NOT tests in Compliance, Smuggling and Malformed Input. Each row's entropy is the Shannon entropy (in bits) of its verdict distribution across the selected frameworks: 0 means every framework agrees, higher means the field is split on a hard requirement. Rows are ranked most-contested first.
